1.Is there a minimum period I will have to hire the workers for?
No, you can have the workers for 1 day or 1 year, the choice is yours.

2.Is there a minimum amount of people I have to hire?
No, we can supply as little or as many workers at different intervals as your company requires.

3. What if one of the placements with us is sick or cannot come to work?
The agency has a 24 hour telephone for employee’s, it is our policy that if anyone is sick they must inform the agency at least 1 hour before their start time, this gives us sufficient time to arrange a replacement without affecting your production time. Till now our clients find this extremely effective.

4.What if I need 50 workers for a week and then find I don’t need them half way through the week?
This is not a problem, although we have a contract that specifies hourly rates of pay, health & safety etc, there is no agreement on the length of time you need the workers, if you find after a few days you no longer require as many as you thought that’s not a problem.

5.What if our order changes late in the evening and our personnel head could changes?
We have a 24 hour client telephone, were you can contact the agency at any time of the day or night to alter any last minute changes.

6.Do I have to stay with your agency for a certain period of time?
No, there is no agreement made stating you have to stay with the agency for a period of time, you are more than welcome to try us out, there is no obligation to stay with us if you are not satisfied with our service but that is highly unlikely.

7.Where are the workers from, what skill level do they have and do they speak good English?
The majority of our workers are from the new EU member state countries, mainly Poland, as our present clients will say as for hard working and high production they really are unbeatable and as for levels of English it is totally up to the client, many of our clients start with a high level of English required and later realize that it is not required.

8.Why should I choose you and not some other agency?
As well as being extremely competitive with our rates, the main feed back we get from our clients, (which you are more than welcome to ask yourself) is our fast response to any situation. Work Direct is not a 09:00 to 17:00 employment agency, we work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; we can and do react to requirements immediately.

9.Exactly what roll does the agency play in the management of the workers?
We have as little or a much intervention as you require. Some companies like to be left to organize things themselves, whereas for others we arrange everything from shift Rota planning for the agency workers on 2 or more shifts to arranging replacements for training in more skilled positions that can be placed in the company at a later date if needed.
